The Aquarius® Deionized (DI) Water Heater is the perfect solution for high purity DI Water heating applications where accurate temperature control is required. The Power-to-Flow Control® feature found in the Aquarius provides one of the most accurate temperature controls available in a DI water heating system, and eliminates undesirable overshoots or drops in temperature due to inadequate PID controllers. The Aquarius system is engineered to deliver high flows of continuous, at-temperature, hot DI water. With models from 40kW to 200kW available, the Aquarius system provides an operational cost savings by reducing the need for multiple immersion heaters.

Since 1982, the Fluidix Steam Driven Deionized Water Heater System from Heateflex has offered the semiconductor industry a low-cost alternative to using electricity to heat large volumes of DI water. Immersion heaters and all other heaters are field-tested and verified for reliability, and feature a long-life expectancy of more than 10 years. This is what makes our immersion heaters unique. Fluidix equipment heats over 400 million gallons of DI water a year throughout the semiconductor industry, and many of the original units are still in production. The PVDF/PFA wetted flow path in the Fluidix heater ensures the highest levels of DI water purity, and uniform process temperatures are maintained via PLC/touchscreen controls. Models are available with flow rates from 15 to 50 gallons-per-minute, and with temperature heating ranges from 20 to 91 degrees C. The best immersion heaters on the market.

The DEMETER™ is a highly traceable food microbiology testing lab instrument that automates the Media Preparation steps in the food testing process, resulting in both higher lab productivity and increased testing accuracy. DEMETER™ delivers versatile flexibility for a lab, allowing it to run multiple tests with different media, and eliminating the need for an autoclave to heat and sterilize the test media. No immersion heater needed. The system features a bar code scanner that records sample information from each test into an internal buffer that can be interfaced to a lab information management system (LIMS). This feature streamlines the recordkeeping needed to maintain yearly lab accreditation per ISO 17025:2005 standards, and to the increased regulatory compliance resulting from the passage of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
