SAFNA Engineering is a leader in the design and fabrication of custom carbon and stainless steel storage tanks, heat exchanger tube bundles, pressure vessels, and filter housings. Our products are manufactured in a National Board Certified facility located in San Dimas, California. Over the years, SAFNA has engineered, designed, and constructed a number of innovative systems for municipalities, including water treatment, landfill, and desalination plants. Furthermore, SAFNA holds a “U” certification from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). Thus, we can provide ASME Section VIII, Division 1-Certified  pressure vessels and filter housings for a variety of applications. Most importantly,  SAFNA brand heat exchangers are the best on the market.


Our pressure vessels and storage tanks are typically available in sizes up to 120″ in diameter and 240″ in height. Furthermore, we can fabricate other sizes upon request. For instance, our standard filter housings range from single bag and cartridge housings with up to 32 bag housings and 215 cartridge housings with other sizes available. In addition, tube bundles for heat exchangers are available for direct replacement in both single and double wall configurations. Finally, fabrication materials include carbon steel and stainless steel for the tube bundles, and copper, copper nickel, and stainless steel for the tubes.

SAFNA also manufactures custom reverse osmosis skids and pipe spools. For example, we have manufactured complete skids for customers used in water treatment, wastewater treatment, and desalination applications. Fabrication material capabilities include carbon steel, stainless steel, and duplex.
