The Aries Solvent Heater from Heateflex is designed to safely and effectively heat thermally-sensitive fluids such as Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) and EKC photoresist remover. These heaters, which are tested to UL standards,  are engineered for both single-pass and recirculating applications where process temperature, fluid cleanliness and safety are all critical concerns.  The heater is constructed with a 316L stainless steel coiled tube for wetted surfaces, and the durable stainless steel flow path and hermetically-sealed electrical and control connections (with thermocouples for process and over-temperature) ensure safety. Heateflex Aries Solvent Heaters are customizable per customer requirements, and various optional controller packages are available. Models are available in 2.5 to 9.0 kW in various voltages.
