Stainless Steel N2 Heater

Heateflex Stainless Steel N2 Heaters are used for the high purity heating of nitrogen, CDA (Clean Dry Air) or other high purity, inert gases used in a variety of industrial manufacturing processes. Designed for single pass applications, this electro-polished 316L stainless steel heater features a compact design for space savings (approximately 13″ tall), polished and passivated wetted surfaces, and a replaceable heater element.  The patented heating module features a tri-clover sanitary fitting that eliminates threads, reducing particle entrapment and potential bacteria growth.. Available in a variety of models ranging from 375 watts to 3,000 watts.
