Applications

The Heateflex quartz in-line fluid heater is designed to meet high-purity heating applications for semiconductor manufacturing. GE 214 Quartz wetted parts are used in this heater to ensure high purity and chemical compatibility with most fluids. Heating elements are placed directly on the quartz-ware to ensure an effective indirect heat transfer via a conductive heating method. With no lamps to replace, low cost of ownership is ensured, and this heater may be mounted either horizontally or vertically for flexibility in integrating with existing equipment. 6.0 kW output at 180º C.
