HC In-Line Fluid Heater/Static Mixer

The recently-introduced HC In-Line Fluid Heater/Static Mixer from Heateflex combines “no-moving-parts” fluids mixing and heating capabilities in one compact unit. Up to three different fluids at three different flow rates circulate through internal baffles and the heating element inside the Heater/Mixer, resulting in a uniformly-mixed, heated output fluid. The baffles and heating element combine to provide an ideal fluid heating and mixing solution for small space configurations.

Zero O-rings or seals in the Heater/Mixer ensure that there’s only PFA contact for wetted surfaces, eliminating the likelihood of particulate contamination. The fluids input manifold rotates 360 degrees for ease of installation.

Available in output wattages of 2 to 10 kW, and from 120 to 480 volts.
