If you are using nitrogen or other ultra-pure gasses to reduce drying time, you can increase through put if the gas is heated.  Heateflex Corporation developed a line of PFA In-Line Gas Heaters for point of use to help improve through put.  By installing the heater at the spot for use, you maximize your results.

If you are using nitrogen or other gasses to reduce drying time, you get better results if the gas is heated.  Heateflex Corporation provides a PVDF/PFA In-Line Gas Heater for point of use installation.  This places the heater at the spot for use to maximize your results.

One of the unique features to the PVDF/PFA Gas Heater is the Power-to-Flow® controller.  Reading the resistance of the patented Heateflex® heating coil, the controller can determine the temperature and make adjustments to provide you with accurate process temperature control.  This allows the heater to reach temperatures of 100ºC and have maximum flows of 25 SCFM.
