Note: The Heateflex Immersion Heater is designed for use with tanks of PVDF, PFA, or quartz. Please check with Heateflex Corporation on compatibility with tanks of other construction materials. Heateflex® Immersion HeatersHaving over 2,000 different designs with size, kW rating, and voltage, Heateflex Corporation provides you with the widest range of immersion heaters to meet your needs. Working with you, we can provide the best fit to your process. This is done by using one of three styles of heaters; Grid Heater, Frame Heater, and Fence Heater. Grid Heater – In general this is a single layer of PFA jacketed heating coils that is affixed to a PFA Grid. It is around ¾” in height. Frame Heaters – In general this is multiple layers of PFA jacketed heating coils that are affixed to a PFA Frame. It is usually around 1 ½” in height. Fence Heaters – In general this is multiple layers of PFA jacketed heating coils that are affixed to a PFA Fence to keep the center of a tank empty and to run the heater around the inner side of the tank. Height is adjustable on number of layers of coils. Available Options:
