If your cleaning or rinsing process requires a lower flow of DI Water or you need point of use heating, the Stainless Steel In-Line Heater is your answer.  Heateflex Corporation uses a patented design that has sanitary fittings with the heating modules.  This removes the threads that are commonly used on similar types of heaters.  Removing these threads increases the purity of the heater.  No need for low purity putty or tape.

These In-Line Heaters have a small footprint and can be mounted vertically or horizontally* for the best fit into your process.  The unit installs in minutes, and you can quickly get your process up and running.  It is also great for retrofits to improve your currant process line.

 

*Horizontal mounting requires the Input and Output to be facing up.
