Our Model DT968C is a superior temperature controller and timer for static baths and re-circulation applications. Heateflex Corporation has researched the industry’s needs and produced a fully integrated controller/timer with no need for external signal conditioning. Built-in features include: Liquid-Level, Over-temperature, 20 Amp switching, Drain and much, much more.
Our Model DT968B is a superior one-pass, flow controlled, temperature controller for one-pass applications. Heateflex Corporation has researched and produced a fully integrated controller with our patented Power-to-Flow Control®. This feature varies power to the heater depending on flow rate.

DT968C Features Include: 
- Microprocessor Based Temperature Controller & Timer for Static (Constant Temperature Bath) and Recirculation Applications.
- Controls Bath Temperature with a Standard Three Mode (PID) Control Scheme, with Anti-Reset Windup.
- Numerous Status and Alarm Functions.
- Adjustment:
Cycle Rate: 0-19 Sec.
Proportional Band: 0.0-19.9°C
Reset (Integral): 0.1-19.9 Sec.
Rate (Derivative): 0.1-19.9°C.
Calibration Offset: ±9.9°C.
DT968B Features Include:
- Microprocessor Based One Pass, Power-To-Flow Control® Temperature Controller.
- Power-To-Flow Control® Varies Power Available to the Heater Depending on the Flow Rate.
- Flow Resolution: 0.1 GPM.
- Adjustment:
Cycle Rate: 0-5 Sec.
Power Reset (Integral): 1-199 Sec.
Calibration Offset: ±9.9°C.
Features included in Both Model DT968C and Model DT968B:
- Built-in 20 ampere, photo isolated, solid-state power controller is used to control the heater.
- Independent high limit circuit powered by isolation transformer on primary side of master relay.
- Type J over-temperature thermocouple disables internal master relay if over-temperature detected.
- Two numeric displays allow simultaneous viewing of both Process Temperature and Timer (DT968C) or Process Temperature and Flow (DT968B).
- 12 key membrane switch keyboard in face panel for user setup and adjustment of the system.
- Twelve discrete LEDs indicate system and display status.
- All alarms activate audio tone, alarm status LED, and individual alarm annunciator.
- Audio tone and LEDs alternate on and off to draw attention to the alarm condition.
- Password protection of user parameters.
- Kydex® enclosure with a back printed Lexan® faceplate.
