Omron Electronics LLC and Automation Controls Group were honored recently with a Vendor Appreciation Award from Heateflex Corporation. This award was presented as a result of the two companies working together to implement Heateflex’s new approach to heating controls. This innovative control is offered by Heateflex as standard on the Aquarius® I and II DI Water Heating Systems with dramatic improvements to on-demand temperature control and temperature stability even in drastic flow change conditions. ABSTRACT: Hewlett Packard recently needed to replace and upgrade one of their existing centralized hot deionized (DI) water systems. The value of using hot DI water and DI Water Heaters in semiconductor wafer processing has been proven to have many advantages. This article is a case study of the project. It is intended to simulate the reader and to act as a guide for those considering similar projects.
